The CompactLine modular system

The CompactLine series is based on a modular construction system. The basic module can supply 2 to a maximum of 4 self-service wash stations and the optional extension modules of 2 to 4 wash stations can be easily installed additionally. Thus self-service washing systems with up to 8 washing places can be set up.

Technical equipment

The CompactLine basic module includes a double water softening unit as standard, as well as an integrated R/O osmosis unit with a separate 1000 liter osmosis water storage tank. A MicroPowder dosing station with a 35-liter storage tank and 2x10-liter liquid dosing are standard features, as is an electric control terminal. The integrated 7-inch TFT touch screen monitor gives the investor access to all information about the important parameters of the SB-CarWash unit and provides detailed financial information about income and turnover. The CompactLine extension module also includes a further MicroPowder dosing station with a 35-liter storage container and 2x10-liter liquid dosing unit. The CompactLine systems are equipped with 4 standard wash and care programs as standard and are available up to system variant 10. (For further details, please refer to pages 39 to 43). The CompactLine series can be combined with any EHRLE hot water heating system. Optionally, it can be connected to an oil-gas, electric heating system or an existing district heating energy source.
